Yes, if you need transportation for cargo handling between warehouses, or for reverse logistics, or for order delivery, you can contract through our platform. Normally, the providers registered in our network offer complete logistics services, from end to end, according to your demand.

Will my products be safely stored in the logistics operators registered with Stokki?

The logistics operators that are part of the Stokki network undergo a careful selection before the registration is approved, which requires a series of documents, insurance and information, in addition to a personal assessment by our team on the structure and quality of the services provided.

Is it possible to manage my inventory through the Stokki platform?

Yes, through the Stokki platform your company can manage the entry and exit of products in stock, in all warehouses that are located, from the SKUs indicated when registering the items.

Is the space availability described on the platform up to date?

The availability of space described on the platform is the space that the logistics operator normally has available for immediate rental. However, prior consultation with the Stokki team will always be necessary to verify that the location will be able to promptly meet the requested demand.

What happens after I request a quote?

When requesting a quote in the Stokki platform, our team will contact you to seek further information about your needs and, in parallel, will consult the best provider to your demand to formalize the budget.

As soon as the budget is ready, Stokki will send an alert message and then the hiring process can be started.

Only companies can use the Stokki platform?

No. Individuals can also contract through the Stokki platform, but only for certain types of services, such as self storage and leasable spaces.

Can I access my products at the contracted warehouse whenever I want?

It depends on the type of contract. If you contract a self storage service or lease your own space (warehouse), you can access the products freely.

However, if you hire the service of a logistics operator, access to the warehouse will be restricted due to security concerns. Access can only be done by an auditor, upon prior consultation and scheduled in advance by our team.

How is the inventory tracked at Stokki and what happens if there is a discrepancy in the information?

Each logistics operator checks the products when entering and leaving his warehouse, with all movements tracked on the Stokki platform, so that you have a real-time view of your inventory. All storage providers perform standard cycle counts to ensure that the stored inventory matches what is described on the platform. In addition, your company can still request a cycle count on demand, at any time. How does Stokki handle liability for goods in their storage and distribution network?

All logistics providers in our network are fully insured and assume full responsibility for any loss, damage caused or negligence. If you prefer, full risk cargo insurance can be purchased separately through Stokki at a competitive cost.

Can Stokki support dedicated operations or just offer storage for multiple customers?

Do I need to commit to a certain amount of space? Are there minimums required?

With Stokki, there is no minimum required when the contract is made with one of the logistics operators registered on our platform, in the on demand warehousing model. You will be charged based on what you use and what you send. Our providers are flexible and you can add or decrease capacity according to your demand. 

In the case of leasable spaces and self storage, the minimum contract period may vary according to the lessor.
