Yes, the logistics operators that are part of the Stokki network undergo a careful selection before the registration is approved, in which a series of documents, insurance and information are required, in addition to a personal assessment of our team on the structure and quality of services provided onsite (SLA level agreement).

Is it possible to manage my stock through the Stokki platform?

Yes, through the Stokki platform your company will be able to manage the entry and exit of products in stock, monitor the status and movement of orders in real time and also understand the quantity of your products available, by SKU and ABC classification, in all warehouses registered in our network.

What happens after I request a quote?

When requesting a quote through the Stokki platform, our team will contact you to seek further clarification about your company and the needs of your logistics operation, in order to formulate a budget, such as: location, area and type of storage, quantities of orders/month, products it sells, among other issues that interfere in the price. From there, your operation is evaluated by our in-house team of experts and the proposal sent.

Can I access my products in the contracted warehouse whenever I want?

As our fulfilllment warehousing providers work with multiple customers, no offsite visits are allowed without prior appointment and request. Access to all warehouses on our network is restricted due to security and internal organization issues. The external visit can only be made by an auditor, representative of the company, through consultation and advance scheduling requested from our team.

How are inventory and orders tracked at Stokki and what happens if there is a discrepancy in the information?

Each logistics operator checks the products when entering and leaving his warehouse, with all movements tracked on the Stokki platform, so that you have a real-time view of your inventory. All storage providers perform standard cycle counts to ensure that the stored inventory matches what is described on the platform. In addition, your company can still request a cycle count on demand at any time. Just schedule with Stokki, that one of our specialists will assist you in the process and will help to identify and resolve any discrepancies.

How does Stokki handle liability for goods in their storage and distribution network?

All logistics providers in our network are fully insured and assume full responsibility for any loss, damage caused or negligence. If you prefer, full risk cargo insurance can be purchased separately through Stokki at a competitive cost.

Can Stokki support dedicated operations or just offer storage for multiple customers?

Does Stokki require any integration?

No. Stokki is a web-based platform and does not require any mandatory integration with WMS, TMS or ERP to start operating a business. However, integration is important to be able to automate processes and communication between the customer, our platform and your company. How is Stokki paid?

What type of contract does Stokki use?

The standard legal model is a Terms and Conditions agreement available here. However, if it is necessary to evaluate a separate legal contract for more complex transactions, or to adapt to specific internal requirements, the details can be evaluated and discussed directly with Stokki’s legal sector.

Can I change my registration at any time?

Yes, on the Stokki platform you can define the space and services you want to offer, according to your availability. You can also delete your profile at any time.

However, agreements already signed with customers through our platform must be fulfilled as contracted and managed directly by our SaaS until the end of the term legally stipulated between the parties.

How do I register my warehouse and fulfillment services at Stokki?

How much does it cost to register at Stokki?

The Stokki registration process is free of charge. However, for your registration to be approved, Stokki requires some information, documentation, in addition to the recognition of the location, to guarantee our customers the quality and safety of the services offered by the platform.

What information is visible to customers?

Customers will be able to see photos and company structure information for each unit: location, accreditations, facilities, resources, services and any other profile information.

Customers will not be able to see your business name or contact details until they connect with you through the platform.

First, you get in touch with our team, whether via platform, form, chat or whatsapp, and send us some information about your business such as: type of product sold, number of orders per day or month, space that your products will occupy in the warehouse (on pallets or cubic meters) and where you need the service, or where most of your customers are located.

Then, based on that information, we'll go through more details on pricing, locations, services, and SLAs.
