Yes, through the Stokki platform your company will be able to manage the entry and exit of products in stock, monitor the status and movement of orders in real time and also understand the quantity of your products available, by SKU and ABC classification, in all warehouses registered in our network.
What happens after I request a quote?
When requesting a quote through the Stokki platform, our team will contact you to seek further clarification about your company and the needs of your logistics operation, in order to formulate a budget, such as: location, area and type of storage, quantities of orders/month, products it sells, among other issues that interfere in the price. From there, your operation is evaluated by our in-house team of experts and the proposal sent.
Can I access my products in the contracted warehouse whenever I want?
As our fulfilllment warehousing providers work with multiple customers, no offsite visits are allowed without prior appointment and request. Access to all warehouses on our network is restricted due to security and internal organization issues. The external visit can only be made by an auditor, representative of the company, through consultation and advance scheduling requested from our team.
How are inventory and orders tracked at Stokki and what happens if there is a discrepancy in the information?
Each logistics operator checks the products when entering and leaving his warehouse, with all movements tracked on the Stokki platform, so that you have a real-time view of your inventory. All storage providers perform standard cycle counts to ensure that the stored inventory matches what is described on the platform. In addition, your company can still request a cycle count on demand at any time.
